The Ministry of Corporate affairs (MCA) has announces relaxation for annual return and financial statements for FY 2024-25 (General Circular No. 06/2025)
MCA due to several update of E- forms from V2 portal to V3 portal of forms MGT-7, MGT-7A, AOC-4, AOC-4 CFS, AOC-4 NBFC ind as , and AOC 4 XBRL, Now companies can do their anuual filing of FY 2024-25 upto 31.12.2025 without payment of any additional annual fees.
The Relaxation is only for filing annnual timelines, not to the annual statutory deadlines for holding annual general meetings i.e Annual General Meetings Deadlines is not changed companies that fail to hold AGMs within prescribed time under the comapnies act 2013 will still faces additional fees.
Any filing made after 31 December 2025 will attract normal and additional fees as applicable as per the companies Rules, 2014.
